Rosenthal Christmas Plates
I have most of Rosenthal Christmas plates in stock from 1910 to 1994. All plates listed on this page are in Excellent Condition -- no chips, cracks, repairs, or other significant defects. All of these plates are priced substantially below book value: the 1913 plate books as high as $275, my price $49; the 1970 plate books as high as $200, my price $19; and the 1986 had an Issue Price of $195, my price $49.
** A few Rosenthal Christmas plates were produced with inscriptions in languages other than German. Please inquire if interested. ALL plates on the list below have the German inscription WEIHNACHTEN.
I am interested in purchasing Rosenthal Christmas plates (especially 1987 to 2000), Rosenthal Easter plates, and pre-1960 Rosenthal commemorative plates.
From 1971 through 1994, Rosenthal produced another set of Christmas plates, designed by Bjorn Wiinblad; these are larger (almost 12"), more modern and very colorful. Click on Bjorn Wiinblad for more information about this and related series.
