How to Place an Order

Email First!  Because my inventory changes daily, please place your order via email and PLEASE include your shipping address with your order inquiry.  I will confirm if I still have the items you want in stock, and will confirm the total amount due, including shipping.  I cannot confirm the total amount due until I have your shipping address.

Payments:  I accept personal checks and money orders payable to Stan Tillotson and sent to me at 300 Chimney Rock Drive, Weaverville, NC  28787-9210.  Money orders expedite your shipment; the Post Office sells them for 90 cents (up to $500).  I also accept credit cards and electronic checks online through PayPal (see below).  

Quality Products: Unless otherwise specified, all items are first quality, mint condition, and returnable within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price if you are unsatisfied for any reason.  

Shipping:  Please include your shipping address with ALL ordering inquiries.  I charge a flat $10 per order (not per item!) for shipping, handling and insurance within the United States.  For information about international shipping, CLICK HERE.

North Carolina residents only: Please add 7% North Carolina sales tax to all orders shipped to a North Carolina address. North Carolina charges sales tax on the cost of the goods AND the shipping charge.  North Carolina dealers must provide a signed North Carolina Resale Certificate to be exempt from this requirement.  No sales tax is due on any shipment to an address outside of North Carolina.

PayPal:  I accept credit and debit card payments through PayPal online services, whose parent company is now traded on the New York Stock Exchange.  You do not need to open a PayPal account to pay me by credit card; just request that I send you a PayPal invoice and you can make a one-time credit card payment.  You pay no fee to PayPal to use this service, and the amount shows up on your credit card statement as a merchant charge, NOT a cash advance.  On their website, you can read about their security measures and see the glowing write-up they received in the Wall Street Journal.  I personally think that giving them your credit card information is safer than giving it to me (their on-line security is better), but, if you feel uncomfortable using them, you can always mail me a check.  PayPal payments are essentially instantaneous and therefore allow same day shipping.  Click on: http://www.paypal.com

Special Orders:  I am happy to special order items that are still available new from the Royal Copenhagen.  These items will be brand new, first quality, and mint condition.  Returns MUST be pre-authorized, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  In the (unlikely) event that an item is damaged in transit, the damaged item will be picked up by the carrier and a replacement item will be provided.
